CRS4, the Department of Education of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia and Sardegna Ricerche have signed an agreement to extend the 'RIALE - Remote Intelligent Access to Lab Experiments' project for a further three years (2023-2025), aimed at secondary schools in Sardinia, thanks to regional funding of 1.5 million euros.
The new agreement involves national and European laboratories, with the aim of strengthening the relationship between Sardinian schools and the international scientific world; and the possibility for schools in the rest of Italy to attend experiments carried out in laboratories in Sardinia.
The Centre's experience in experimenting with digital technologies in schools has made it possible to develop a teaching methodology that, through the RIALE platform, enables teachers and students to remotely access (live and on demand) the experimentation and research activities carried out in the laboratories present in universities, research organisations and schools.
