2017 - The portable system "Rapid e-LTE emergency solution", provided to the National Fire Brigade by the Joint Innovation Center under the collaboration between Huawei and CRS4, is used in the rescue operations at Rigopiano to transmit voice and data, including images, in an attempt to identify survivors.
The system captures images of the site of the disaster and sends them to the operations room via video streaming, to enable accurate remote coordination of the rescue operations.
