Eva Lorrai is expert researcher at CRS4 where she has been working since 1996. She got a degree in civil engineering (transport section) at Cagliari University in 1995. Her research interests are focused on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applied to urban, industrial, tourist and environmental planning, on the use of GIS as Decision Support Systems (DSS), on the integration between GIS and environmental models (numerical and empirical) and on the development of environmental applications based on GIS e GRID technologies. She held several short courses on GIS and has been tutor/co-advisor for degree and Ph.D thesis, Master and Post-Doc stage. She wrote about 30 scientific publications.
