Valentina Marotto is graduated in Computer Science at the University of Cagliari (first degree). Since March 2007 worked with the Information SOCiety sector (ISOC), first in the LBS group (Location and Sensor Based Services), later in the SMART research program and currently in the COSE (Collaborative and Social Environments) program. Her work include the analysis, design and development of web and mobile applications, also related with the GeoWeb and Next Generation Web, and the development of mobile applications for indoor navigation systems. She is also occupied in the themes of experiential web interaction , with a focus on user experience, usability and accessibility, also by carrying out usability analysis with eye tracking devices. She has also collaborated at the activities of analysis, design and development of web-based and mobile applications in the "Cagliari Port 2020" project, with reference to the handling and exposure of data in open format. She has also worked in the "PIA Entando" project about the development of an Android mobile app for Android Auto.
