Luna Rossa and CRS4: history of a friendship.

The collaboration between Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli and CRS4 started six years ago. The Center provides support with its computing infrastructure for the Luna Rossa team's research and testing activities in fluid dynamics simulation for the design of the hull of the new boat.
CRS4's expertise is available to test innovative and scalable broadband communication technologies and infrastructures; to test the IOT sensor network for the real-time study of the condition of the boat; to test the video streaming for acquiring data necessary for optimizing the crew's tasks.
