Promoted by Women & Tech - Women and Technology Association, the International Women & Technology Award is awarded annually to women who, in their professional activities, have testified to possess vision, focusing on the social impact, transparency in behavior and ethics.
They are "techno-visionaries" in research, innovation, entrepreneurship, art and culture.
Now in its eleventh edition, with the theme "Creativity and Innovation: not only technology, but thought", the Prize has a Jury composed of qualified representatives of the thematic areas of the different categories of the competition, the culture and the world of communication.
Annalisa Bonfiglio won the prize for the Women Territory category.
