The Airport4All app ensures the accessibility of Sardinia airports' flights information to all the travelers, whether they are impaired or no-impaired people, thanks to real-time updates on their smartphone and ad-hoc messages that support them from check-in to take-off, from landing to baggage pickup.

Focus on accessibility
People with accessibility needs are tourist. And they are people with disabilities, impairments, allergies and food intolerance; seniority; families with babies.
Air Transport Accessibility
European Commission Regulation No. 1107/2006 of July 5, 2006, lays down the rights of people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility in air transport to ensure the same rights as all European citizens.
Digital Information Accessibility
The ability of IT systems, in the forms and within the limits allowed by technological know-how, to provide services and information accessible, without any discrimination, by those who, because of their disabilities, require assistive technologies or particular configurations. – Art.2 Paragraph A of Italian Law 4/2004
The Airport 4 All system
The tourism industry shows increasing attention and sensitivity to travellers with accessibility needs. The tourist destinations able to offer an adequate portfolio of accessible services will have a competitive edge.
The Airport4All system intends to promote a number of activities to make Sardinia the preferred destination of accessible tourism. Starting with accessible real-time information on the flights from the 3 major regional airports, then transferring experience to other sectors of the tourism industry.
Airport4All is designed to provide its contribute on open data for transports and travellers with disabilities and according, respectively, with the Directive 2010/40/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 July 2010 on the framework for the deployment of Intelligent Transport Systems in the field of road transport and for interfaces with other modes of transport and according the Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 July 2006 concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air.
FAQ
I do not receive the push notification when my Android smartphone is in standby.
Some Android smartphones have a particular feature that when the app is force closed it will no longer be able to receive notifications until the app is restarted. You should set your device to receive background notifications.
On Huawei, according to your EMUI, one of the following sequence could address it:
go to Settings -> Protected apps -> check "Airport4All" go to Settings -> Apps -> Advanced -> Ignore battery optimizations -> Select All App -> check "Airport4All" go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Battery manager -> Protected apps -> check "Airport4All" go to Settings -> Notification panel and status bar -> Notification centre -> find "Airport4All", then activate "allow notifications" and "priority display"
On Xiaomi:
make sure your phone has the "Auto-start" property enabled for "Airport4All".
On Asus:
make sure your phone has the "Auto-start" property enabled for "Airport4All".
Samsung devices seem to not have a similar feature. If you find another solution for your device, please drop us few lines with sequence and device manufacturer to airport4all@crs4.it
My Android smartphone receives the push notification but it does not vibrate
You may have a particular configuration in your smartphone and even if you set the vibration, it does not work. We suggest you to install an app to easy check and set it (i.e. Volume Ace Free)
