The CRS4 Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Core Facility becoming an Illumina certified genomics service provider worldwide

The CRS4 Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Core Facility, the largest NGS platform in Italy, has successfully completed Illumina Propel certification program for NGS becoming an Illumina certified genomics service provider worldwide.
The NGS Core Facility has a long experience in Illumina Next Generation Sequencing technology in a broad range of applications including whole-genome, whole-exome and transcriptome sequencing, analysis of DNA binding sites, targeted resequencing.
The NGS Core Facility, directly interconnected to CRS4 high-performance computing centre, is part of a fully automated infrastructure to support the bioinformatic analysis of sequencing data.
