Abstract

We developed an efficient technique for inspecting extremely detailed colored objects composed of many loosely connected interweaving detailed parts of complex topological structure. This video illustrates the technique with the real-time inspection of a complex scene containing 7 copies of the full Boeing 777 CAD model (7x350M triangles). Data is presented at 1px resolution on a 640x480 display controlled by a PC with a NVIDIA GeForce 6800GT graphics board.
