Abstract
Nowadays, 3D acquisition devices allow us to rapidly capture the geometry and color. State-of-the-art techniques, such as those developed at CRS4, are able to semi-automatically transform acquired data into 3D digital representations of Cultural Heritage artifacts characterized by very high accuracy and wealth of details. This case study illustrates how these techniques are applied for the digital documentation of elements of the Montessu Necropolis.
