CRS4 is taking part in the national conference “School and Research: Public Engagement for the Scientific Culture of the Future”, held from May 10 to 13, 2026 in Ischia and organized by INFN, INAF, INGV and CNR. The event focuses on science communication, education, and the relationship between schools and research institutions.
As part of the conference, CRS4 is presenting the contribution entitled “RIALE-EU: connecting schools and research through remote scientific experiments and artificial intelligence”, dedicated to the activities of the RIALE-EU project and to the technologies developed to bring students and teachers closer to the world of research through remote laboratories, online interaction, and AI-based tools.
The speakers of the contribution include CRS4 researchers Carole Salis and Jose Francisco Saenz Cogollo.
The work also involves several members of the CRS4 project team: Paola Pinna, Stefano Leone Monni, Giuliana Brunetti, Manuela Carastro, Raffaella Lai, and Fabrizio Murgia.
Participation in the conference represents an important opportunity to exchange ideas with national organizations involved in science communication, STEM education, and new forms of interaction between schools, universities, and research centers.
