The research project NANOTOXSTAMOD will contribute, significantly, to the development of knowledge in the field of in vitro cells cultivation in the presence of specific substance which can affect their growth and expansion, leading to an inhibitory and/or toxic effect. The analysis of the latter one is particularly useful in testing drugs for their development and design. The computational approach, combined with the experimental one, permits, at relatively low cost, the massive screening of drugs. A reliable mathematical model, developed during the present project, will provide a valuable support to reduce testing time and costs
