The new RIALE-EU experiment catalog is now online

A simpler way to explore educational activities and a new AI virtual assistant to help teachers choose the experiments best suited to their lessons.

The new version of the RIALE-EU experiment catalog is now online. The platform collects educational activities and experiments available for schools and teachers.

The update introduces a simpler and more immediate way to explore the catalog: experiments are now visible directly on the main page and can be easily browsed through images and dedicated information pages.

Within each experiment page, the demonstration video is immediately available, accompanied by a short description that allows users to quickly understand the content and objectives of the activity.

Among the new features is Helga, a new artificial intelligence–based virtual assistant designed to support teachers in selecting the experiments best suited to their lessons. Teachers can interact with Helga using natural language, asking questions such as: “What would you suggest for a lesson on DNA?”

The assistant analyzes the experiments available in the catalog and relates them to school curricula, suggesting educational activities that match both the school level and the objectives of the lesson. This makes it easier to quickly identify experiments that can enrich classroom learning.

The catalog will continue to evolve in the coming weeks with further improvements, also thanks to suggestions and feedback from the community of teachers involved in the project.
