CRS4 and CeMM will work in collaboration to develop a database system combined with a web interface for storing and accessing drug protein physical interaction data as obtained by drug pulldown experiments. One version of the system is planned to be released as a public web site and it is ambitioned to attract other research group to publish their data into the system.Additional tools will allow user to compare datasets contained in the system and drug pulldown data will be complemented, based on availability, by additional data.
