The Digi.Cult.Crea project, designed and proposed by the partnership network I.C.A.R.O. Cult, composed of Insight Risorse Umane srl (Lead Partner), CRS4, Accademia di Belle Arti Mario Sironi, was funded by the Ministry of Culture as part of the NextGenerationEU Public Notice from PNRR funds for the improvement of the conditions in which cultural and creative organizations operate, encouraging cooperation among them and facilitating paths for updating skills (upskilling) and developing new digital knowledge to be applied in different areas (reskilling).
The project aims to accompany the recipients on a path to improve, in a “digital” key, the quality of services offered for the optimal management of a cultural site. Project activities aim to accompany recipients toward the development of a long-term management strategy through the use of different digital tools aimed at greater accessibility, environmental and economic sustainability and more effective communication. This digital transition-oriented approach will enhance the cultural heritage offerings through a plurality of innovative digital solutions.
The project activities identified are: ● Activity 1: Aimed at transferring specialized skills related to the identification of digital assets best suited to the digital transition of cultural and creative sector operators ● Activity 2: Preserve and reproduce through a dynamic archive the products and testimonies (photos, videos, interviews, etc.) to ensure the preservation of historical memory in the long term ● Activity 3: Renew the engagement and communication strategy ● Activity 4: Training on the current regulatory framework ● Activity 5: Collection of cases of excellence and best practices in the cultural enterprise sector ● Activity 6: Tangible and intangible digital accessibility, broadening and engaging different audiences.
Activities will be delivered by making use of dedicated accompaniment paths through: ● innovative tools for facilitation and transfer of new practices from a digital perspective and methods of organizational and process innovation ● dissemination of experiences through digital platforms ● acquisition of digital skills to strengthen business models and services offered in the market.
Participation in the activities includes the possibility of choosing one or more services, depending on one’s needs, so as to customize one’s learning path, such as webinars, tutorials, specialized consultations, training sessions, workshops, on-the-job shadowing, communities of practice, and training workshops.
