Antonio Pintori holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has been working at CRS4 since 2018. He currently serves as Head of the Technical Office and General Services, a unit responsible for ensuring the operational support required for the proper functioning of the Centre’s facilities and the effective delivery of scientific activities, which rely on efficient infrastructure, systems, and services. The Technical Office and General Services is responsible, among other things, for the provision of services and materials essential to the Centre’s operations, logistics and warehouse management, as well as ordinary, extraordinary, and planned maintenance activities, with particular focus on technical systems. It also oversees the design and implementation of refurbishment and space redevelopment projects, including system upgrades and efficiency improvements. The office’s responsibilities also include supporting the Prevention and Protection Service in the preparation and updating of technical documentation related to occupational health and safety, implementing measures to ensure the safety of all individuals accessing or operating within the Centre, managing administrative procedures and compliance requirements set by public authorities, and providing technical assistance and administrative support to the Centre’s research sectors.
