CRS4 shall publish a public notice to show interest addressed to economic operators registered in the Electronic Market of the Public Administration (Mercato Elettronico della Pubblica Amministrazione - MEPA), to ascertain the availability of operators interested in providing the following Service: “the organization and management of the International Conference on technology and innovation in teaching and learning contexts”. The service will include the responsibility for the organization, the overall coordination and management of all services related to the 2-day conference. In particular, requested activities include the organisational and administrative secretariat of the event, graphic and printing, accommodation for the invited speakers, the choice and management of the conference venue, catering, all activities linked to information and communication. The candidates eligible to apply must be registered and certified on MEPA, under the heading “miscellaneous commercial service”, sub heading “Events management services”.
Applications should be received by CRS4 by midnight on 20th July 2019.
