SIGSOFT 2004/FSE - 12 Call for contribution and camera-ready preparation guide

Contributions should be written in English and should not exceed 10 pages, using a 10 pt. font, single-spaced.
Authors are encouraged to submit contributions to quteswap_storage@crs4.it in PDF format. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
The cover page should include paper title, a short abstract, a complete list of authors and their affiliations, a contact person for correspondence, postal and e-mail addresses.(See below the instruction for the camera-ready)

Best papers will be selected and reviewed for a special journal issue.

  • WORKSHOP AND PRE-PROCEEDINGS

  • Paper submission for the workshop: August 31, 2004
    Author notification: September 22, 2004

  • POST-PROCEEDINGS PUBLISHED BY ACM PRESS

  • Author notification of second review: February 5, 2005
    Camera-ready papers: February 20, 2005

  • Please note: It is of particular importance that you leave sufficient space in the lower left corner of the first column on the first page for ACM to fill in the copyright information including the bibliographic strip:

    There is a 10 page maximum on your paper.

    Please submit camera-ready copy (produced on a high-resolution output device) of your manuscript on 8 1/2" x 11" paper following the proceedings format appended below. Proceedings templates to create camera-ready copy are available in Word, WordPerfect, and LaTex. These templates are located at: http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html.

    Send your camera ready submission by email to quteswap_storage@crs4.it by the 20/02/2005 with the subject camera-ready
    Please, include also the source of your paper (Word or Latex) to allow the Organization Commitee to amend and produce a new printable copy if necessary. For Latex users, please archive all your tex, bib, and eps file in a single zip file.

    For authors that have not yet signed and sent the copyright form, please notice that ACM will not publish any paper that is not accompanied by a s igned copyright form. In those cases where there is more than one author per paper, the first-named (assumed senior) author only must sign.
