Biomedicine

Information technology applied to biomedicine requires a set of methodologies for managing data, information, and knowledge across the translational biomedical sector: from bench biology and genetics to clinical research and care and to public health.
Research and development activities of the Biomedicine group, through an integrated multidisciplinary approach, focus on specific aspects of: bioinformatics, imaging informatics, clinical and public health informatics.
